2021 marked the start of a new mandate for the management team at the helm of the Organization. In this new video series, the newly appointed department Heads introduce themselves to our community, tell us about their journeys and provide their vision for the future of their departments.
Katy Foraz, the new Head of the Engineering department, continues this series with her message (below).
Katy is a trained engineer who has been part of our community for twenty-eight years. Armed with a background in aeronautical engineering, she has overseen LHC-related activities since 1993, first as a junior Project engineer, then as leader of the Accelerator complex section.
